Finding Compassion Within
Embark on a transformative journey with our 5-week program using group-based work, the ancient wisdom of Yoga, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic skills to nurture growth and support collaboration between mind & body.
Group-Based Work
With a supportive environment of peers, we work to apply concepts and skills being introduced. The power of shared experiences and collaboration within a group offers a space to explore new ways of relating to our self and others, enhancing overall well-being. Together, we challenge and reshape the narratives that define our perceptions of self-worth, fostering a profound shift in mindset.
Yoga
Through introductory-level, mindful movements (Asana), breath work, and meditation, Yoga is an ideal medium to practice curiosity and non-judgment, making way for improved awareness. This beginner-friendly experience helps reconnect with the body, tune in to its signals, and honor its boundaries. Over time, this practice cultivates a sense of acceptance, gratitude, and compassion towards our bodies and whole selves.
Therapeutic Skills
Introducing proactive habits, mindfulness concepts, and using evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques we begin to nurture heightened curiosity, awareness, and compassion towards the dialogues we maintain with our bodies. Together we work to increase physical and mental harmony by developing essential emotional regulation skills.
